Waiver and Release Form 

Please fill out the following form in order to participate in our activity. By completing this form, you are indicating that you have chosen to voluntarily participate in an outdoor activity offered through Asheville's Plein Air Experience. Activities may include environmental risks such as inclement weather, (including heat, sunburn, dehydration), animals, plants/trees, allergies, tripping insect bites, an other outdoor risks. Art materials may include potential sharp objects, various types of paints and other materials not listed that you will physically handle. You will be standing for a period of time. You understand that all bodily injury, or liability, including death, are a risk to participating in this activity. You understand that Asheville's Plein Air Experience, participating artists, and any others involved while being on their personal property assumes no responsibility or liability for your participation, and you agree to assume all risks of participating.
